The People Behind The Build
Scott has been President of Crescent Development Homes since its inception in 2002 and he has been active in the construction industry since he was 15 years old working for a contractor in the summers. Upon graduating from Washington & Lee University in 1988, Scott went to work full time in the construction industry and has been building since. Scott's passion is building high-performance custom homes that combine the best building technology with the best local tradesmen to fulfill the vision of his customers. Scott believes communicating with his customers is critical to arriving at completed project that meets or exceeds everyone's expectations. Scott is also extremely active in the local and state home building associations. Scott served as President of the Home Builder Association of Virginia, which is the state trade group that represents 3,000 members in the building industry and is a past president and currently serves on the board of directors for the Augusta Home Builders Association, the local home builders association that represents Augusta and Rockbridge counties.
Greg Jurick has 30 years of experience in the residential homebuilding industry. He specializes in creating various living spaces, including high-end condominiums, townhome communities, single-family homes, and custom residences tailored to client needs. Greg prioritizes customer satisfaction, delivering homes known for quality craftsmanship, low maintenance, and energy-efficient designs. This approach ensures clients enjoy sustainable and comfortable living spaces. Outside of work, Greg values his 25-year marriage and is a father to three daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking. Greg's commitment to building homes reflects his desire to create lasting legacies for families and communities.
With an impressive 40 years of experience in the building industry, I have spearheaded a wide variety of projects, ranging from high end residential homes to sophisticated commercial constructions. My expertise lies in plan development, estimating, budgeting, project management, and scheduling. I pride myself on ensuring that every project not only meets deadlines but also stays within budget.
I am deeply passionate about delivering nothing short of excellence in every build. My commitment to quality means I consistently meet and exceed the specifications set forth in the plans, resulting in high-quality, low-maintenance, and energy-efficient structures that delight my clients.
As a devoted husband of over 38 years and a proud father of three incredibly successful children and 2 grandchildren. I understand the value of hard work and dedication. Outside of my professional life, I relish outdoor activities and indulge my passion for woodworking in my personal workshop and being Papa. I'm eager to leverage my extensive experience and unwavering commitment to turn your vision into a stunning reality.
